Practical Exercises to Get Rid of Man Boobs

Man boobs is a term used to describe enlarged male breasts. Gynecomastia is the medical term for man boobs, but for the purposes of this article, the term man boobs will be used. Man boobs is a problem that affects a large percentage of men in society today. Man boobs can cause severe anxiety, embarrassment and even depression.

Although there are many ways to treat this condition, the focus of this article are on practical exercises to get rid of man boobs. In order to get rid of man boobs, you need a way to burn fat off your chest while building muscle.

So how do you burn the fat off your chest?

The answer: Focus on “upper chest” exercises. What most people don’t know is that developing your upper chest will make your man boobs appear less noticeable while at the same time actually decreasing them in size.

The two exercises that will provide you the maximum benefit are:

1. The incline bench press -

The incline bench press should be done with an incline bench. First, load the weights onto the barbell. To perform this exercise, lay on your back on the bench. Lower the barbell from the rack down to your chest and then raise the barbell vertically from your upper chest. You should inhale while lowering the bar, and exhale on your way up. Try not to bounce the weight off your chest as this is cheating and could also injure you. Since your primary purpose is to lose weight, you should use light weights. Make sure to do 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions each time you do incline bench presses. If you perform this exercise twice per week, your man boobs are guaranteed to disappear.

2. The incline dumbbell fly -

The incline dumbbell fly is another excellent exercise to eliminate chest fat. To perform this exercise, lay with you back on an incline bench. Using your hands, raise a pair of dumbbells vertically above your upper chest. At this point, your arms should be vertical and your wrists should be facing each other so that the length of the dumbbells are aligned with your body head to toe. Lower the dumbbells out to your side so that your elbows are pointed towards the floor. Your elbows should be slightly bent while lowering and raising the dumbbells. Perform 3 sets of 10 to 12 repetitions when you do this exercise. If you do the incline dumbbell fly a couple times a week along with incline bench presses, say bye bye to man boobs.

Hidden Tip: Do not perform chest exercises that focus on the lower chest such as flat bench presses or pushups. This will have the effect of making your man boobs appear bigger.
